Everyone who has website or Blog like wordpress, blogger google product, jomla, etc. must submit website to Google search console so blog post we have will index quickly and google submit index for posting we post in blog, every big web search engine has webmaster tools or webtools itself for indexing a million url pages around the world that having post by writers with domains, subdomains or custom domains like https://example.blogspot.com made to https://example.com
Every Big search engine like Google, Bing (Microsoft & Yahoo search engines), Naver, Baidu, Yandex have webmaster tools. They have same functions to index and recrawl your website url.
What is sitemap? Sitemap is containt url post or homepage url so search engine in xml file so Google knows that we have a blog and knowing what we write like niche, own our adress url, your own blog and others for easy google for indexing our blog post.
This time i want to explain submiting blog or site to google web master tools the first search engine in the world. Its important to submit your website to google or other search engine like submit site to yahoo, submit site to bing, yandex or baidu webmaster.

The first you go to search console and you must have google account for login to. If you have it  go to webmaster tools Google.
Second, clicking add a property orange button on Top-right.

Adding Meta veryfication like above in head tag of blogger template. Going to Blogger and open your template, searching <head>and paste below tag it and click in webmaster tools google to Verify your blog site.
After adding property, you must add sitemap. Go to sitemap on the left of menus --> Crawl --> sitemaps

How to create sitemap in blogger its easy just Create xml site map like sitemap.xml in the blank form after your blog site url. Wait for 24 hours for indexing your site. Sitemap.xml can handle 3,000 of pages.

If your blog have 3,000 url pages you must add https://blogonpageseo.blogspot.com/sitemap.xml?page=21 and remove blogonpageseo.blogspot.com with your site url.
Quick submit and index to google
For Knowing url that have submit are blue signed and for indexing are blue.
Give Variations in http and https eg. If you have added property as http://blogonpageseo.blogspot.com, adding one in https://blogonpageseo.blogspot.com. Choosing whatever you like blog in http:// or https://. If your blogger had been custom domain adding with http://www.blabla.com and https://www.blabla.com and without www.
